By selecting "I Agree" and accessing the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Purpose of the Platform

InnKraft is an AI-powered customer engagement, sales automation, CRM, lead management, communication and business operations platform designed to assist organisations in managing customer interactions, business workflows and operational processes.

The Platform may use artificial intelligence, machine learning models, automation technologies and third-party services to generate insights, recommendations, responses, reports and business actions.

2. AI Disclosure

You acknowledge and agree that:

The Platform uses Artificial Intelligence ("AI") technologies.
AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading or inappropriate.
AI outputs should not be treated as professional, legal, financial, medical, regulatory, accounting or business advice.
Human review is required before acting upon AI-generated recommendations or communications.
StejasSYS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of AI-generated content.

You are solely responsible for verifying and approving any AI-generated output before use.

3. Data Collection and Processing

You acknowledge that the Platform may collect, process, store, analyse and transmit:

User account information
Customer information
Lead information
Contact information
CRM records
Communication records
Chat messages
Email communications
WhatsApp communications
Call records and metadata
Uploaded documents
Images
Audio recordings
AI prompts and responses
Audit logs
Usage analytics
System logs
Device and browser information

Such processing is performed solely for providing, securing, maintaining, improving and supporting the Platform.

4. Compliance with DPDP Act

StejasSYS is committed to complying with applicable Indian privacy and data protection laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act"), where applicable.

The Platform employs commercially reasonable safeguards including:

Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC)
Multi-factor authentication where enabled
Encryption in transit using TLS
Encryption at rest
Access monitoring
Audit logging
Security incident monitoring
Backup and disaster recovery controls

However, no system can guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with internet-based systems and electronic data storage.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree that you shall:

Use the Platform only for lawful business purposes.
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
Not share login credentials with unauthorised individuals.
Ensure that all data uploaded to the Platform has been lawfully collected.
Obtain all necessary consents from customers, leads, employees, vendors and other individuals before uploading their personal data.
Comply with all applicable privacy, telecommunications, marketing, anti-spam and consumer protection laws.

You remain solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of data entered into the Platform.

6. Confidentiality

You may gain access to confidential information relating to:

Customers
Prospects
Business operations
Internal communications
AI-generated business insights
Platform features and functionality

You agree to maintain strict confidentiality of all such information and not disclose it except as required for authorised business purposes.

7. Monitoring and Audit Logging

For security, compliance, fraud prevention, troubleshooting and operational purposes, the Platform may log and monitor:

Login activity
User actions
Configuration changes
Data access events
Communication activities
AI interactions
Administrative actions

These logs may be retained and reviewed as necessary for compliance, security investigations, legal obligations and service improvement.

8. Acceptable Use

You shall not use the Platform to:

Violate any law or regulation.
Harass, threaten, abuse or defraud individuals.
Distribute malware or malicious code.
Attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.
Reverse engineer, copy, scrape or exploit the Platform.
Generate unlawful, discriminatory, defamatory or harmful content.
Process data without appropriate authorisation or consent.

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party providers including:

Messaging providers
AI providers
CRM systems
Payment processors
Analytics services
Cloud infrastructure providers

Your use of integrated services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers. StejasSYS is not responsible for the actions, outages or failures of third-party services.

10. Security Responsibilities

You agree to:

Use strong passwords.
Enable multi-factor authentication when available.
Immediately report suspected unauthorised access.
Ensure devices accessing the Platform are properly secured.

Failure to maintain appropriate security practices may increase the risk of unauthorised access.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

StejasSYS, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates and partners shall not be liable for:

Loss of profits
Loss of business opportunities
Business interruption
Data loss
AI-generated inaccuracies
Customer disputes
Regulatory penalties resulting from user actions
Indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless StejasSYS, its affiliates, directors, employees, contractors and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, penalties, costs or expenses arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Data uploaded by you
Violation of applicable laws
Violation of these Terms
Unauthorised processing of personal data
Misuse of AI-generated content

13. Service Availability

The Platform is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis. StejasSYS does not guarantee:

Uninterrupted availability
Error-free operation
Continuous access
Compatibility with all devices or systems

Maintenance, upgrades, outages and unforeseen events may affect availability.

14. Intellectual Property

All software, technology, documentation, trademarks, branding, designs, workflows, AI systems and related intellectual property remain the exclusive property of StejasSYS and its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred through use of the Platform.

15. Changes to Terms

StejasSYS may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

17. Administrator Acknowledgement

By selecting "I Agree" and continuing to use the Platform, you confirm that:

You understand that InnKraft uses Artificial Intelligence.
You understand that AI-generated outputs may contain errors.
You consent to the processing and storage of data as described above.
You acknowledge that security controls including RBAC, TLS encryption, encryption at rest, monitoring and audit logging are employed.
You have authority to access and manage data within your organisation.
You have obtained all legally required permissions and consents for the data you upload or process.
You agree to comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
You accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound by them.
